The Ivan Vazov National Theatre is one of the most beautiful and important cultural landmarks in Sofia, Bulgaria. It was founded in 1904 and named after Ivan Vazov, a famous Bulgarian writer and poet known as the "Patriarch of Bulgarian literature." The theatre is located in the city center, right across from the City Garden.

The building was designed by Austrian architects Hermann Helmer and Ferdinand Fellner in a neoclassical style. It features impressive columns, sculptures, and a richly decorated interior. Today, it remains a symbol of Bulgarian culture and a popular place for both locals and tourists to enjoy high-quality theatre productions.
