The painting was inspired by his longing for Estepona and it depicts the sea, water, blue sky, horizon, light and reflections that symbolise Estepona. It is made of wood, acrylic paint stains, fine glitter and is coated in a resin that protects it from the elements.

The painting is brightly coloured, and we can appreciate three different tones, at the top we have the shiny and lighter color tone, that symbolizes the starry sky in summer’s nights, in the center of the mural we can see the darker shade of blue which means the depth of the water and finally, in the bottom of the painting we will find a medium blue tone that tells us about the calm and wide sea of Estepona.

The artist takes us to feel the sea of Estepona in all its versions, giving us calm and serenity.
